Hi Todd

It would be possible to have a pic of the strap?

About the colour of the dial markers is more close to cream than to orange.

Thanks,

Marco

I need to closely examine a few high resolution pictures of the watch to match the dial markers with the proper stitch color. Once I have done this I will post a prototype here.

Best regards.

Here are some pictures of the first prototype strap I made. I tried to make the stitch dye to be a light melon color/patina light orange to match the dial markers. Please let me know your thoughts (in English if possible). :)

IMHO, they look great. I think this stitching will match perfectly with our beautiful Pleamar :ilove:

Thanks a lot for your efforts :great:

Hi Todd,
I like the idea and I like the strap - I leave it to the experts in the forum to advise on the color and whatever other details, but you can count on me getting one of the final product.
Thanks!

Hey Todd, thanks for the update! It's tricky to discuss subtleties based on what we see on screen. Sample strongly reminds me the "gold stitches" on your other straps as seen on my screen. I have one of your black/golden stitches sailcloth and by the way, I am pretty sure it would fit on the Pleamar very well. I dare to say, though, that dial markers are more of a creamy color rather than orange if you are trying to get a color that matches the text and indexes. At all events, subtleties aside, I think it would look great on the watch just he way you've shown them.

It would be advisable that you hear what those who have seen the watch first hand have to say.

All the best

Saludos,

Thank you, Julio. The stitch color is more of a light cream orange and I believe matches the dial markers well. I used the same materials used in my Original Sailcloth strap as I feel the strap itself matches the watch well. :)

Hola ...

Thanks for clarifying Todd!! The strap, as I said, is great.

Saludos, regards

Hi Todd:

From my point of view, it looks great. A very beautiful strap for a very beautiful watch. The colour matches perfectly with the cream/light orange of the watch.

Thanks for your effort.

Best regards,

Marco.
